At Pure Weight Loss, we strive to deliver your weight loss injections and pills quickly, safely, and discreetly:

• UK Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days for approved orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri).
• Tracked & Signed: Every order includes full tracking for added security.
• Discreet Packaging: Your privacy matters—no branding or product details appear on the parcel.
• International Shipping: Currently available within the UK only, with plans to expand soon.

Please note: Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or regulatory checks may occur but tracking updates will always be provided.

Collection

For selected treatments, you may choose to collect your prescribed weight loss injections or pills from a partner pharmacy:

• Availability depends on your location and selected product.
• You’ll see the collection option at checkout if eligible.
• Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting.
• If you’re unable to collect, contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds

Our refund policy is aligned with UK consumer protection regulations:

• Unopened Non-Prescription Products: Return within 14 days for a refund, provided items remain unused and in original condition.
• Prescription Weight Loss Treatments (Injections & Pills): Non-refundable once dispensed or shipped, unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Notify us within 14 days with your order number and photos—we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
• Refund Processing: Completed within 14 days after receiving returned goods or proof of return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
